Do you ship worldwide? How long does delivery take?

Yes. BRUTALI ships worldwide. Every piece is made to order, produced in 2–4 working days, then dispatched. Typical transit after dispatch: UK 1–3 working days, EU 3–7 working days, US and rest of world 5–12 working days. Remote destinations and customs checks may add time.

How do I choose my size on an oversized fit?

BRUTALI cuts oversized by default — long body, dropped shoulder, wide sleeve. If you want the intended silhouette, take your usual size. If you prefer a boxier, more dropped look, size up. Every product page has a dedicated size guide with body and garment measurements — check it before ordering.

What does “heavyweight” mean? What GSM do you use?

Heavyweight means dense, structured cotton that holds its shape. BRUTALI tees typically sit in the 240–300 GSM range and hoodies in the 380–450 GSM range, depending on the piece. Fabric weight is documented on the product page for every drop.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details, address and process are on the returns page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number sent by email once the package is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for more than 5 working days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Checkout runs on Shopify Checkout, which supports major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other regional wallets depending on your country. Payments are processed securely by Shopify — BRUTALI never sees your card details.

What is a “drop”? Are pieces limited edition?

BRUTALI releases in capsules — small, numbered drops instead of an endless catalogue. Production runs are intentionally short, so many pieces are limited edition. When a capsule sells through, it is archived and does not restock in the same form.
