BRUTALI.STORE ("BRUTALI", "we") operates this site and sells heavyweight apparel direct to customers.

• Order data: name, shipping address, contact email, items purchased.
• Payment metadata only — full card details are handled by Shopify, never by us.
• Newsletter signups: email + consent timestamp, only if you opted in.
• Contact form submissions: the fields you send us.
• Basic technical data: IP, user-agent, referring URL for abuse prevention.

To fulfil your order, communicate about it, run our newsletter when you opt in, respond to your contact submissions, and keep the site secure. Order data is also retained for accounting and tax obligations.

• Shopify — checkout, payments, order records, fulfilment data.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — newsletter and contact form storage.
• Email delivery and analytics may use additional processors when configured.

Order data is retained as required by accounting and tax law. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe. Contact submissions are retained for the time needed to resolve the request.
