By accessing BRUTALI.STORE or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

BRUTALI.STORE is operated by Alex, trading as BRUTALI ("BRUTALI", "we", "us"), based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@brutali.store.

All orders are processed through Shopify Checkout. Pricing, taxes, shipping and payment terms are presented at checkout before you confirm. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation transmission.

Stock is finite and updates frequently. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced or unexpectedly out of stock. In that case you are refunded in full via Shopify.

All site copy, imagery, product designs, and the BRUTALI name and marks are the property of BRUTALI unless otherwise credited. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or train models on this content without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Within what the law allows, BRUTALI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or purchase of items.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another country, nothing in this clause removes the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
