BRUTALI products are made to order — each item enters production after the order is placed. Orders are produced and despatched by BRUTALI's fulfilment partner. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse you receive a transmission with tracking by email.

We ship internationally. Shipping cost, the available service or carrier, and the delivery estimate for your destination are shown at checkout before payment — Shopify Checkout calculates them live. No shipping figure is final until it appears at checkout.

Destination taxes, VAT and import duties are calculated by Shopify Checkout at payment. For deliveries outside the despatch country, the recipient may be liable for import duties charged by their customs authority on arrival.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the carrier marks the parcel as delivered but it has not arrived, send a transmission via /contact with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

BRUTALI cannot rewrite a label after a parcel has been collected by the carrier. Verify your delivery address before completing checkout. Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect addresses can be re-despatched once additional postage is settled.
